What Job Co-Pilot does

Job Co-Pilot reads your résumé, finds jobs that match your preferences, explains each match, and prepares and submits job applications on your behalf within the limits you set. A fit score is guidance; it does not promise an interview or an offer, and employers make their own decisions.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and sign in with your own Google account. One person per account.
• Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity on your Job Co-Pilot account.
• The information in your profile and answers must be true and yours.

Automated applications and your consent

• When you press Start and accept the consent shown, you authorise Job Co-Pilot to submit applications in your name, using your profile, résumé and saved answers, to jobs at or above your minimum fit and within your limits.
• We only use information you gave us or that your résumé states. When a form asks something we do not know, that application waits for your answer ("Missing Pieces"); nothing is invented.
• We never create accounts on employer sites, solve CAPTCHAs or bypass an employer’s checks. When an employer requires a person, the application is handed back to you.
• You can pause or stop at any time from Home. Pausing stops new applications immediately; one already being submitted at that moment may finish.
• You can see every application sent and what it contained. You can withdraw this consent by stopping the agent or deleting your account.
• Employers’ own websites and terms apply to the applications you send them.

Credits, payments and refunds

• Applications use credits, bought in packs. Prices include GST and are shown before you pay.
• A credit is charged only when an application is confirmed submitted. Credits held for an application that fails or is handed back to you are released.
• Purchased credits expire 1 year after purchase; the expiry date is shown when you buy. Free trial credits expire [TRIAL CREDIT EXPIRY].
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Auto top-up is optional; you can turn it off at any time before the next charge.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Acceptable use

• Do not give false information, apply on someone else’s behalf, or use Job Co-Pilot to spam employers.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or copy it by automated means.

Your content

You keep ownership of your résumé, profile and answers. You let us store and process them only to provide Job Co-Pilot to you, as described in the Privacy policy.

Disclaimers and liability

Job Co-Pilot is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee that every application succeeds or that employers respond. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to [LIABILITY CAP, e.g. the amount you paid in the previous 3 months].

Suspension and ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Changes and governing law

We will tell you in the app before material changes apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at [JURISDICTION] have jurisdiction.
